Roofing is one of the largest, most fragmented, and most underserved industries on the planet. We're fixing that with software that actually works the way the field works.
ROOF_OS started after we watched a $30M/year roofing operator lose three jobs in one afternoon to a 4-person shop with a faster quote. The bigger company had more reps, more crews, more marketing — and still lost.
The reason was simple: the smaller shop had wired up a handful of scripts that pulled storm data, generated a measurement, and sent a quote before the homeowner finished their first cup of coffee. The big shop was still in a Monday meeting.
Speed kept winning. Every. Single. Time. So we set out to build the tool we wished that operator had — an agentic operating system that handles the boring parts of running a roofing company, so the humans focus on the parts that actually need a human.
Today ROOF_OS runs production for 500+ contractors across 38 states. The bet is the same: first to the roof wins.
Speed compounds. The shop that quotes first signs first. Every product decision starts there.
If a human has to look at it to decide, it's not done yet. Our agents make calls — and tell you what they did.
Half our team has hauled shingles. We don't ship anything that wouldn't survive a Tuesday at 6am in the truck.
