Effective May 12, 2026. Data we build and keep. Payments via Crossmint and MoonPay/Hel.io. No refunds except documented conflicts of interest. All claims route to arbitration.
We collect information you provide directly (account, billing, demo requests), information generated by your use of the platform (jobs, contacts, agent activity), and standard log data (IP, browser, request times). When you pay us, we also receive transaction metadata (amount, token or card brand, timestamp, wallet or processor reference) from our payment partners. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
We use collected information to operate the service, route agent traffic, generate insights for your account, deliver support, settle payments, comply with applicable law (including KYC/AML obligations of our payment partners), and improve the product. AI training on your data is opt-in only and disabled by default for paid accounts.
ROOF_OS, Inc. designs, builds, hosts, and maintains all data infrastructure used by the platform end-to-end. Account data, agent outputs, job records, and derivative datasets generated through your use of the service are stored on infrastructure we operate and control. We do not hand your operational data to data brokers, ad networks, or model marketplaces. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used internally to improve the product. You retain ownership of the content and records you upload; we retain ownership of the platform, the agents, the models, the schemas, and the analytics produced on top of it.
Card and stablecoin checkouts on ROOF10X are processed by Crossmint (crossmint.com). When you pay via Crossmint, you are entering into a payment transaction with Crossmint and its underlying card networks, banks, and on-chain settlement rails. We receive only the transaction reference and the line items you purchased; full card numbers, CVV, and bank credentials never touch our servers. Settlement to ROOF_OS occurs in USDC on Base (or in fiat, depending on the rail you select). Chargebacks, card-network disputes, fraud reviews, and KYC checks are governed by Crossmint's own terms, which apply in addition to ours. On-chain transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by us or by Crossmint.
Crypto top-ups, on-ramp purchases, and direct stablecoin checkouts may also be processed through Hel.io running on MoonPay infrastructure (moonpay.hel.io). When you pay via this rail, you are transacting with Hel.io and MoonPay directly under their terms and KYC policies; we receive only the transaction reference and settlement confirmation. Network fees, slippage, exchange spread, and stablecoin de-peg risk are inherent to crypto payments and are not refundable by ROOF_OS. Once a blockchain transaction is broadcast and confirmed, it is irreversible.
All payments to ROOF_OS — whether via Crossmint, Hel.io / MoonPay, ACH, wire, or any other rail — are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to subscription fees, setup fees, agent credits, marketplace purchases, professional services, and any deposit toward a job. We do not pro-rate cancellations, we do not refund unused agent runs, we do not refund expired credits, and we do not refund chargebacks reversed in our favor. On-chain settlements (USDC, ETH, or any other token) are technically irreversible and will not be returned under any circumstance once confirmed.
The single exception to Section 6 is a documented conflict of interest in which ROOF_OS, an officer of ROOF_OS, or a ROOF_OS-controlled affiliate is determined — by our internal arbitration department — to have had a material undisclosed interest that influenced the transaction to your detriment (for example: routing your job to an affiliate without disclosure, or selling you a feature we knew at the time of sale we would not deliver). In that narrow case, and only that case, you may receive a refund of the directly affected amount, less any irreversible network or processor fees. No other circumstance — change of mind, business closure, project cancellation by you, dissatisfaction with results, market conditions, downtime, or third-party platform failures — qualifies for a refund.
ALL claims, disputes, complaints, refund requests under Section 7, billing objections, data-handling grievances, and any other controversy arising out of or relating to ROOF_OS, this policy, payments processed by Crossmint or MoonPay/Hel.io, or your use of the platform MUST be submitted in writing to the ROOF_OS Arbitration Department at arbitration@roof10x.com. Do not file disputes via support, sales, or social channels — they will be re-routed without action. The Arbitration Department will acknowledge within 10 business days and issue a written decision within 45 business days. Submission of a claim is a precondition to any external proceeding. You and ROOF_OS agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Austin, Texas; class actions, class arbitrations, and jury trials are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We use a small set of vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing via Crossmint and MoonPay/Hel.io, communications). A current list is available at /sub-processors. We require all sub-processors to meet our data protection standards. Payment processors receive only the data required to settle and to satisfy their own legal obligations.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls, run regular pen tests, and limit production access to a small on-call team with hardware-key MFA. Wallet keys used for receiving on-chain settlement are held in custodial infrastructure operated by Crossmint or by MoonPay/Hel.io, not on ROOF_OS application servers.
Customer data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. After that we delete it from production systems and from backups within 90 days. Payment and tax records are retained for seven (7) years as required by US federal and state law and cannot be deleted earlier on request. You can request retention exceptions in writing to privacy@roof10x.com.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, port, and delete your personal information, subject to the retention obligations in Section 11. Contact privacy@roof10x.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days. Rights requests do not constitute a claim under Section 8 and do not entitle you to a refund.
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." ROOF_OS makes no warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of agent output, completeness of data pulled from third-party sources, or the performance of any payment rail (Crossmint, MoonPay, Hel.io, card networks, blockchains). To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROOF_OS's aggregate liability for any matter is capped at the fees actually paid by you to ROOF_OS in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
