ABOUT THE ROLE
The Midwest is one of our top-three regions and we are under-covered. You will inherit a warm pipeline of inbound leads from blog and storm-tracker traffic, plus a target list of 600 named accounts across IL, IN, OH, MI, WI, MN, MO, IA, and KS.
This is a closing role, not an SDR role. You will run discovery, demo Estimate live, build ROI cases against incumbents, and close in 30–60 days. Average deal size today is $74K ARR, and the top reps are signing two of those a month.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- →Own a regional quota: $1.4M ARR new business in year one.
- →Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, ROI case, procurement, close.
- →Travel to one industry event per quarter (IRE, Storm Restoration, regional NRCA chapters).
- →Feed product the truth — what objections come up, what features tip a deal, what we cannot answer.
- →Hit weekly activity floors: 25 discovery calls, 12 demos, 4 closes-or-no's per month.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- →5+ years closing B2B SaaS, ideally to mid-market non-tech buyers.
- →Carried a quota north of $1M and hit it more often than not.
- →Comfortable doing a live software demo without a sales engineer holding your hand.
- →Can read a P&L well enough to argue ROI with a CFO who runs his own books.
- →Treats the trade with respect. Roofers smell condescension a mile out.
NICE TO HAVE
- +Background in construction-tech, field-service software, or insurtech.
- +Existing relationships with NRCA chapters, GAF, Owens Corning, or major distributors.
- +Spanish proficiency.
